• A record of your progress in any hiring process we may conduct.

Information We Collect from Other Sources:

Software provides us with the ability to link the data you provide to us with other publicly available information about you (that you have posted on the internet). This may include sources such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social media profiles.

We may receive your personal data from third parties who recommend you as a candidate for a job vacancy.

How we will use your information

Processing Purposes:

We use the information we hold about you in the following ways:

• To consider your application for a position you have applied for;

• To consider your application for other positions;

• To communicate with you regarding the recruitment process;

• To identify suitable candidates to fill our job vacancies;
